Benoni property is fantastic investment opportunity. Known as the City of Lakes, it is a town on the East Rand which is situated only five minutes from O.R. Tambo International Airport (formally known as JHB International). The area forms part of Greater Johannesburg, and since 2000 has been part of the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality.

Benoni is situated next to one of the world's seven proclaimed wetland areas and attracts a large variety of indigenous and migratory waterfowl. The city has excellent tourist accommodation with about 50 guesthouses and hotel, attracting many business tourists due to its convenient location. Most Benoni property has access to the N12 and R77 highways.
