Bredasdorp (named after Michiel van Breda) was established in 1838. The fast developing town is the economic capital of the area and all the major roads lead through this lovely town with its magnificent architectural buildings. We offer the best in hospitality, farming and holiday destinations. The new golf estate which was approved a month ago is attracting new buyers and investors to the area at a fantastic rate.
Struisbaai boasts a long beach of 14 kilometres of white sand. The Fisherman's cottages attrack millions of visitors each year and the new Langezandt Fisherman's Village has become one of the best developments in the area.
The treacherous Agulhas coastline is known as the "Graveyard of Ships". The Lighthouse in Agulhas, which is the second oldest in operation in the country, houses a restaurant and museum. After climbing its 71 steps you are rewarded with a fantastic view of the coastline.
