A popular holiday haven, the Hermanus property franchise region is situated about 120 km from Cape Town. It is also close to the casino in Caledon and is about 60 minutes drive away from the major shopping- and business centers in the Somerset West and Strand property areas. Cape Town International Airport is a further half an hour’s drive towards Cape Town.

The town of Hermanus, which is situated on the shores of Walker Bay, is known for its beautiful beaches, mild climate and superb facilities for holidaymakers and residents. Apart from facilities that cater for almost all popular sporting pursuits, the town is world famous for its incredible whale watching and the Whale Festival that takes place each year in September.
