Welgemoed property forms part of the northern suburbs in the Cape Town property area, approximately 25 kilometres from the world famous V&A waterfront and close to the popular wine routes. Welgemoed is approximately 3kms above the N1 and features lush, gently rolling hills, tree-lined streets and breath-taking views spanning the majestic Hottentot Holland mountain range and Gordon’s bay.
