The Letting Process

Finding a tenant
A database of tenants. Each of our letting agents is an area specialist and builds up a database of qualified tenants who are looking for the right property to rent. 360° Marketing. We’ll give your property its place in the sun in our hunt for tenants. The Rawson website, leading property portals and newspapers are all part of our marketing mix. Tenant replacements. We’ll stay on top of lease renewals and make sure we begin the hunt for replacement tenants if and when necessary.

Screening your tenant
We’ll screen all prospective tenants to make sure they’re a good fit for you. This includes credit checks, reference checks and even determining whether they have pets!

Inspections & Maintenance
Regular inspections will help us keep our finger on the pulse of the tenancy, including checking the condition of your property and detecting any maintenance needs.

Financial & Legal Admin
We’ll handle all the admin and paperwork, including compiling the lease agreement, verifying tenancy applications and following up rental payments. We’ll handle all the paperwork.
